• Led design development for four high-rise justice facilities, key components of the NYC Borough-Based Jail Program, designed to replace the Rikers Island complex.

• Directed architectural coordination and ensured code compliance for complex detention facility programming and security requirements.

• Managed comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination using Autodesk Revit, integrating multidisciplinary systems for highly secure and operationally efficient detention environments.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets within the $8.7 billion overall program.

• Facilitated seamless communication between field and design teams to anticipate and resolve construction challenges on large-scale urban high-rise justice facilities.

• Delivered robust design solutions for facilities ranging from 245 to 300 feet tall, each accommodating 886 beds across approximately 400,000 SF per building.
